1. Sometimes it is necessary to move guests around in the system. That is what the holding area is for.
2. Right-click on a booking and go to Quick Move.
3. There is a list of available rooms of the same type as the one selected, after which you can select Holding Area.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Bookings screen.
5. There is the holding area.
