1. Click on the booking.

2. On the left hand side there is a column of menu options. Click Email

4. If the guest does not have an email address in the system already, you must add one. 


a. Click Add E-mail Address


b. Enter the guest's email. 


c. After you have finished you must re-enter the EMAIL menu.

5. Just under beneath Edit Email Content you can see Letter subject. Under this is where you enter the subject of the email.

6. Fill in the body text of the email you want to send. 


7. You can Attach Invoice or Attach Confirmation


8. Click Send Email
