1. On the top menu bar click Offers. Then click Add Offer.
2. The offer dialog box will open. Name your offer in the Title box.
3. Under Special Offer Type pick whether your offer will be to Decrease Price or Increase Price.
4. Click ADD PHOTO which will bring up a standard dialog where you search for the location of the desired photo on your computer.
5. Click Discount Type. Pick from one of the four options.
6. Enter a % off or a fixed price discount.
7. Enter a Short Description to act as a Sub-heading to your offer.
8. Click in the box under Description. This is the longer description of the offer. Here is where you can describe all of the details of the offer.
9. Enter the date range when your offer will run.
10. You can set a minimum number of nights required for your offer.
11. You can limit the days of the week on which your offer is available. For example you might want the offer to only be available Monday through Thursday.
12. Adjust whether offer is available to Early or Late Bookers and the Cancellation Policy.
13. Here is where you can specify the number of days in advance the booking can be of must be made.
14. You can make your offer Featured and/or Active here along with several other options.
15. Click on SAVE. Your Special Offer is ready to go!
