We calculate this fee from any booking that come from the:

1. Channel Manager

2. Website Booking Engine

The fee is calculated on the checkout date of the booking.

We do not calculate fees from:

1. Offline Bookings - You have manually entered a booking (Doesn't matter how you have got that booking)

2. Cancelled Bookings - We do not charge for cancelled bookings
